I love this and love you. As the only black person at my job, it is hard broaching topics of race without an invisible tension forming in the room. While there have been attempts made at allyship, I feel like there is a genuine lack of understanding amongst my white colleagues. I feel that unless you have lived in a black body you will NEVER understand the subtle nuances of racism.
